Using 100 kg of custard cream, 40 kg of flour and butter, 25 kg of assorted fruits, chefs and staff of Vil'age made the longest fruits assorties mille feuilles at China Square on 17 Jul 2004. The pastry measured 100m. It was later cut into 10 cm pieces and sold for charity. |
