Kenny Low, a former NTU economics graduate, became the youngest principal in Singapore at age 27 when he established City Harvest Education Centre, a school registered with the Ministry of Education in 2002. The school employs unconventional teaching styles to aid students who did not fare well in mainstream schools. From its initial enrolment of 20 students, the school expanded its intake to 312 in 2006. |
