Kee Bee Khim became the first Asian woman golfer at the age of 18 to win the Singapore Island Country Club Tournament for women in 1971. In 1972, she became the first Singaporean to win the Singapore Open Women’s Golf Championship. In 1981, she scored the SICC’s first hole-in-one in the Singapore Ladies’ Open Championship.
