More than 3,000 participants cut a world record 4,000-m long continuous ribbon that surrounded the entire Raffles City Complex. The event was part of Raffles International’s celebration in renaming the hotels to Swissotel The Stamford and Raffles The Plaza on 6 Jan 2002.
