To celebrate Chinese New Year, residents of Redhill organised a steamboat dinner for 150 tables. A total of 1,280 people turned up for the dinner on 27 Feb 2007. The event was organised by the Redhill Gardens RC and the Bukit Merah Shopowners’ & Hawkers’ Association.
