Project Vibrant Colours, held from 14 Oct 2006 to 3 Feb 2007 involved 280 youths from 41 schools collecting used pens to form a collage. 90,115 pens were collected and stuck onto foam boards. The collage was displayed on 3 Feb at East Coast Park. The project was organised by a group of volunteers to run a 15-week mentorship programme nurturing youths to become leaders and to make a difference to their communities.
