In Jul 2005, David Lim, Mohd Rozani, Wilfred Tok and Dr Shani Tan became the first South-East Asian team from Singapore to climb virgin peaks in the Tien Shan mountain range on the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border. They summitted three virgin peaks, now officially recognised as Temasek Peak (4,374m), Singapura I Peak (4,589m) and Ong Teng Cheong Peak (4,743m).
