Azman Abdullah has been a five-time Mr Singapore title holder, a three-time Mr Asia and an Asian Pro-Am Classic Champion. He was a SEA Games gold medalist at three consecutive Games in 1989, 1991 and 1993. In 1993, he became the first Singaporean to win a gold medal in the middleweight category at the IOC-sanctioned World Games Bodybuilding Championships, beating 51 others. In the same year, he also won a gold medal at the World Bodybuilding Championships. He won the Sportsman of the Year title (1993) for the second time in recognition of his world-class performances. |
