Data Info |
Remy Ong, Singapore’s Men’s Bowling Captain at the Busan Asian Games in 2002, became the nation’s only second male multiple-gold medallist in the competition’s 51-year history. He clinched three gold medals in the Singles, Trios and Masters events, and cemented his victorious stint by clinching the All-Events title - a non-medal event.
Remy developed into a full-fledged national bowler at 16 and won his first perfect game at the ATBC Championships in 1998. Thereafter, the southpaw continued to compete and excel in many other tournaments, including titles from the President’s Cup in Indonesia in February followed by the Super Classic in March in 2002. |
